Reed for Shuttle Looms
GAJANAN manufactures reeds according to required execution and dimensions suitable for conventional as well as modern weaving machineries. We have developed Tungston Carbide rolling mills for accurate flattening process. The company uses specific grade wire that reduces friction and are smoothly fnished ensuring weaving without yarn breakages. To minimize yarn breakages further we polished them in oval shape. Reeds manufactured by us are framed on highly precise machine for high accuracy in spacing of individual dentes with even length. Further finishing of reeds are done to ensure flawless weaving of fabrics. Reeds are designed in such a way that the fabric reaches its perfection. Our soldered reed are manufactured with imported soldering flux, which gives uniform soldering without damaging the binding. Special controllers and methods are developed for soldering process. Special adhasives are applied to reeds to ensure better strength and durability. GAJANAN also make reeds in double binding for both top & bottom for better strength and potentiality. Reeds are manufactured in both types of dents i.e. flat and round dents, to give more durability special hard chrome process being carried out with great smoothness. Dents are available in high carbon as well as stainless steel. The adopted techniques and systems maintained by us permits ease in weaving and thereby avail error free fabrics. Reed for Water Jet Machine
Water Jet Reeds are suitable for high speed looms. These reeds are designed in such a way that it provide higher weaving efficiency. Special care is taken to provide uniform dent wire finish and uniform gapping between the dents. These Reeds are made of stainless steel (AISI 430, AISI 302, AISI 304). We supply the reed in Tin Soldered bonding. Reeds can be produced with dent width in 2, 2.2, 2.5 mm
Reed for rapier looms
Usually We make this reed according to what sort of fabric is going to be weaved. We design the reed accordingly to give smooth and flawless weaving. We supply these reeds according to the customer's specification. These reeds are also available in Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel material.
Double Reeds
These Reeds are made from smooth and finished flattened Mild Steel, Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel (AISI 430, AISI 302). Reeds can be produced with dent width in 2.2, 2.5, 3 mm
Flat Steel Reeds
We manufacture Flat Steel reeds in all required executions and dimensions. These reeds are soldered with special care to achieve uniform soldering. Accurate spacing of individual dentsgives smooth weaving of fabrics
Reeds for weaving preparations
Generally "V" type reed, warping reed, sizing reed and front reed are used for weaving preparations. These reeds are specially made from Stainless Steel or High Carbon Spring Steel wire to avoid yarn breakages and durability. Reeds are hard chromed to give it pefect finishing and long lasting charactaristic.
